THE HABC SOUTHERN SPRING SHOW
an ABNA Conformation Show
~ SHOW REPORT ~
Host: HOPWOOD AMERICAN BULLDOG CLUB (HABC)
Date: SUNDAY 29th APRIL 2007
Venue: Thame Leisure Center, ENGLAND, UK
Judge: DIDIER SIDBON (France)
Apprentice Judge: None
BIG Thanks to everyone who came out to what was the 10th HABC show & the 1st HABC show of 2007.
It was a fantastic day, with a very relaxed, friendly atmosphere,
it was great for us all the members to see and chat with all the old faces, and all the new ones there too…. 
Just like to Say a Big Big thanks to the Judge of the day! …
Didier Sidbon (France)
for sharing of his time in coming over to England, and doing a great job of the judging….
He was very thorough in going over the dogs in the ring,
and made full use of that ring in asking handlers & their dogs to go around it more than twice …
Many also appreciated that he then spent the time explaining his judgment choices.

Well we had a great turnout of people & their families ….
and of course American Bulldogs… 66 dogs …
Which was a much better turn out than the last show we hosted down South….
& it was good to see that there were many more people in attendance just
enjoying the day relaxing and soaking up the great American Bulldog atmosphere
The HABC are now in the process of making arrangements for the:
HABC SUMMER WEEKEND SHOW
On Sat 28th & Sun 29th JULY 2007 in the Midlands,
and should have the final details sorted shortly….
Please remember to book the time of work if needed as this will be
an American Bulldoggers fun filled weekend with:
an ABNA Conformation Show on the Sat & the Sun,
There will be 2 Rings running simultaneously on each day,
one for Bully Type & one for Standard Type ….
their will be a Judge in each type ring on Sat & they will swap type rings on the Sun.
This will mean that the conformation shows WILL BE a lot shorter,
Leaving plenty of time to enjoy all the Sanctioned working events on offer over the weekend…

Is there any chance of posting the pictures up that go with the results, As it would be great to see all of the dogs and photos would complete the trophies. Thanks

Indoor venues  I always have to adjust the lighting on the pix.
Had a very busy couple of weeks so am still working through them....
